All orders are typically shipped within 2 business days. I use the US Postal Service as my main shipping company. Most orders will be shipped by Priority Mail (delivery in 2 to 3 days). Shipping is included in the pricing listed in this website to the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. Canada has additional shipping charges. All orders will be shipped with a delivery confirmation number. If you prefer a different shipping carrier, please contact me for shipping costs. Returns / Lost or Damaged Goods Once a package has been shipped, I have no way to verify that the bottles have not been opened. Because of possible contamination or tampering, I cannot resell the product and therefore there will not be any returns or refunds. I will ship the order in a sturdy box and protect the product with packing peanuts or similar materials. Unfortunately damage or lost packages can occur. I highly recommend adding the shipping insurance to your order and the cost is very little. Shipping insurance is included on all orders over $47.00 and can be added to orders less than $47.00 for $1.70. Should your insured package be lost or damaged, I will replace the order at no additional cost to you. If your package is damaged, please call me immediately. Keep the box, packing materials and goods together. You will need to present all these materials to the Post Office for inspection along with verification of the insurance (shipping label). Failure to do so will result in denial of the claim. How to file a claim. The customer may file a claim by presenting evidence of insurance, evidence of value, and/or proof of damage at a local Post Office. You will need to bring with you the damaged box, packing materials, and goods, the shipping label showing the shipper, the addressee, and the insurance purchased, and your receipt of payment to show the value of the contents. The amount insured may not match the order total. An order of 59.95 may be insured for $50. If the 2 bottle order is complete damaged, I will replace the 2 bottles and shipping for the $50.
