It is my policy to ship within 2 business days of receiving the order. Since I am my only employee, there may be times when I am not able to ship right away. If I know I will be gone for an extended period, I will post my schedule on this page.
I normally ship using USPS Priority Mail with expected delivery to be 2 or 3 business days. USPS does not guaranty the schedule. Most packages arrive on time and in good condition. Once I drop off the package at the Post Office, I no longer have control over the handling of the package, therefore I recommend adding insurance to protect your order. Shipping insurance of $50.00 is included on all orders, but for a small fee you can add aditional insurance up to $300.00. If your package is damaged, you may have to present the package to the Post Office with the box, packing materials and product to verify the damage. Once I have documentation of the damage, I will ship replacements. Please call me immediately, as I will have to file the claim with the USPS.

Returns: Once the product has been shipped, I cannot resale the product due to possible tampering or the seal has been broken, therefore I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. I want to have your return business, so If there is a problem, I will work with you to resolve the problem.
